What is a seat?
A seat is anyone who can record, edit, or approve minutes. Viewers are free.
What is a workspace?
A workspace is a shared space for one group's meetings and minutes, such as a board, a committee, or a client. Pro includes up to 10 workspaces, and Team includes up to 30.
Is there a free trial?
After the beta, new users get a 14-day trial with up to 6 meetings. A card is needed at sign-up, and the trial becomes a paid plan on day 14 unless you cancel. There is no free plan.
I'm in the beta. What happens when it ends?
Choose a plan and add a payment method before your beta ends, and you get 20% off for 12 months. On an annual plan, the 20% comes off the annual price. If you don't, your account becomes read-only and keeps all your records.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
Your records stay yours. You can still sign in to read your minutes, the decision register, and the audit log, and to download your PDFs. Recording, new minutes, and sending stop. Choose a plan again at any time to pick up where you left off.
Do nonprofits get a discount?
Yes. Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits can get a discount. You confirm your status with your EIN. To get the discount, write to support@actaminutes.com and include the documents that show your status, such as your IRS determination letter. HOAs do not qualify.
