Roadmap
ācta is in beta. This guide will change as the product changes.
These notes show where ācta is going. They give direction only, not dates.
Ask ācta
A chat that answers questions about your meetings and cites the sessions it used.
Offline audits
A package of an audit's documents for auditors who work without a connection.
API and AI agent access
A way for your organization's AI agents to read your records, with your permission.
Custom minutes templates
Minutes templates that you can shape to the way your organization keeps its minutes.
Standards we build toward
ācta is built with recognized standards in mind, so an audit is possible later. It holds no compliance certification or audit report today.
- SOC 2: ācta's security controls are designed with the SOC 2 Security and Confidentiality criteria in mind. ācta has no SOC 2 report today.
- GDPR: ācta is built with the GDPR's requirements for consent, the rights of data subjects, and data transfers in mind. ācta does not claim GDPR compliance today.
- A SOC 2 audit may come later. This page does not promise an audit or give a date.
What ācta does not plan to do
ācta does one job: it turns your meetings into approved records that your organization can stand behind. These are things we decided not to build, so you can judge the fit before you start.
- Health information: ācta does not support HIPAA and does not sign business associate agreements. Do not use it for meetings that contain patient information. HIPAA support is not planned. If enough organizations ask for it, we will look at it again. Tell us at support@actaminutes.com.
- A bot in your calls: you record in ācta. No bot joins your meeting.
- A full board portal: ācta does not build board books, electronic ballots, or meeting packets. It keeps the record of what was decided.
- Call coaching or sales analytics: ācta records decisions and actions, not sales performance.
